Nortan came to us seeking more than just a website. They were seeking a solution that would drive high numbers of bookings and quote requests for their city-wide network of heating and cooling technicians.

The Nortan website had to make it easy for visitors to find a solution for their problem, i.e. repairs or service for their heating or cooling system. It also had to reflect the level of professionalism which Terry and the team at Nortan have worked hard to achieve.

The new website features:

  • A mobile responsive design, ensuring that no matter what size the visitors' screen is, they will have a great experience of the site.
  • A full-width slider displaying the key services offered.
  • Clear "call-to-actions" where visitors can easily arrange an emergency breakdown booking, service booking, request a quote or contact Nortan for further information.

Alongside functionality and presentation, we developed the website with search engine optimisation at the front of our minds. We implemented unique content for the seven key types of heating and cooling, as well as commercially orientated services.

Through developing the website to be an engaging and useful hub of information for visitors, we have improved organic Google search rankings from their highest ranking of position 17 up to numerous first page rankings, including:

To provide constant visibility in search results across Nortan's diverse service offering, we implemented and provide continuous management of a Google AdWords campaign. We developed and tested ads which result in more than double the global average of clicks. We developed and tested landing pages which achieve a level of bookings and quote requests at a conversion ratio more than three times the global average.
