Apps for your Unique Requirements

Contactpoint built the first mobile app for a client mid 2011. The iPhone app helped customers of a speciality gourmet range of products to find their closest stockist using location services.

Since then we have created many apps - native and cross platform - for a broad range of industries, used by end consumers as well as corporate users.

Cross Platform or Native

We will work with you to determine the best technology for your target market and application.

Full Service

We will guide you every step of the way, through ideation, user journey mapping, UI/UX design, technical design, build, deploy and promote.

On Budget

We understand every project has constraints, we will work within your budget - no surprises.

Not sure how the process works?

Building an app is a complex process; we'll break it down into manageable pieces and guide you every step of the way.
Experienced Team
Our team comprises highly experienced individuals across the full range of disciplines required to bring your app idea into reality. Our process is flexible to match your custom requirements, however it generally comprises the following types of activities:
Discovery & Ideation. What to create and why, identifying the components in your first release (aka 'minimum viable product') and what comes next (your product roadmap).
Wireframes and User Journey Mapping. Planning out the ideas into how a user will carry out their tasks using your app, easily and successfully.
Branding and visual design. Making sure your mobile app provides a memorable, engaging, visual experience for your app user.
Technical design, component and database modelling. The upfront planning process ensures efficient delivery and co-ordination across the development team.
Development interations for regular feedback. In an agile process, your feedback on the app component achieved during a sprint is a vital part of the process.
User acceptance. The final once-over before your app is launched. Of course, you will have been reviewing the app iteratively leading up to this step.
Submission to App Stores. The final step of making sure that your app is able to be downloaded through the app stores.
Promotion. Making sure that your target audience finds your mobile app often starts prior to the formal launch, via social and traditional media and continues after with a range of digital marketing activities.
