QLA Digital Strategy

Contactpoint consulted with QLA via a process of workshops, research, and collaboration, to create and document a digital strategy to assist QLA to meet their business objectives using digital technologies.
QLA are passionate about the improvement of learning in our schools and organisations, and deliver services to many organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
The digital strategy created by Contactpoint, delivered a plan for the implementation of short, medium and long-term digital strategies for achieving business objectives.
Contactpoint was then delighted to assist QLA with the execution of the strategy, starting with the re-design and development of the QLA website. The strategy described five unique cohorts requiring the services of QLA, and each of these distinct groups were able to be uniquely addressed through the new website information architecture and design. The new website delivered mobile responsiveness, and a sophisticated, though easy to administer, online system and shopping cart for providing resources to customers and members with different access levels, as well as free and paid products.
Contactpoint was engaged to re-build the QLA administration system, converting it from a standalone Microsoft Access database, into an online web application accessible by remote team members and integrated with the website.
