JHW provide engagement skills and related workshops to with the aim of building better relationships with our colleagues, clients and stakeholders in order to add dollars to the bottom line of large and small corporations alike.  Contact Point has been supporting JHW since 2008 with technology to support the course delivery including a website which allows visitors to book into upcoming courses, an online course management system, and a 360 degree feedback system. 
More recently, Contact Point has designed and built 2 mobile apps for JHW which provide opportunities for course delegates to apply the skills learned within the JHW courses.  The personality compass assists in approaching a particular personality type, and the call plan app assists in preparing for an upcoming meeting to ensure the meeting achieves the desired outcomes.
