18th March, 2011 - the eNudge Action Responder functionality was launched, making it easy to send a different stream in a series of messages to contacts, based on their selected action (e.g. I will attend your event, click through to complete survey...)

20th February, 2011 - Search engine friendly URLs have now been added to the Contact Point Shopping Cart System, meaning that the full name and / or product category is dynamically fed into the address for all product and product category pages.

18th February, 2011 - at last we have the new signage on the front window of our new offices, which we find exciting!

31st January, 2011 - Once-off promotion codes added to the Contact Point Shopping Cart, facilitating a broad range of innovative ways to inspire repeat sales such as rewarding your customers for signing up to your mailing list, referring others to your online store to name just two.

17th January, 2011 - Nia Maryauw, the latest addition to our programming team, having a Masters in Technology (majoring in the Internet) joined us full time in our office in St.Kilda Road.

1st December, 2010 - Contact Point moved into our new office at Suite 119 (Level 1), 370 St.Kilda Road, Melbourne.  We're excited about the extra room this gives us.
