Many people search for information on the internet by using Search Engines. Search Engine optimisation (SEO) is a term used to describe ensuring that your website is built in such a way as to gain higher ranks in the most popular search engines for particular search terms. The aim is to have your website appear at or near the top of the first three pages of results, when someone searches on keywords relevant to your business.

The Challenge
Rapini - provider of custom storage solutions, trolleys, medical storage, and more
When we first spoke with Rapini, they had a website that barely ranked at all in Google except via an industry site that listed them along with their competitors. Consequently Rapini wished to perform much better in the search engines.
The Solution
Contact Point optimised the Rapini site for the major search engines for commonly used search terms related to Rapini products and services. Rapini's rank in the search engines for the chosen search terms improved dramatically with numerous organic links appearing on page 1 and 2 of Google within 3 months of commencing the program, and continues to improve over time. Rapini now receive a steady stream of enquiries from their website, predominantly through searches.
The Challenge

Genre had a range of designer handbags presented on their website, however results being generated from the site were minimal. We believed there were a number of reasons for this including: no online store, the site was difficult to navigate, the look and feel wasn't very appealing, and the website and content was not optimised.
The Solution
Contact Point firstly implemented a very simple online order from within the existing site as an interim measure, and then sourced and arranged an advertisement in a very popular fashion enewsletter. Genre embraced the Contact Point eNudge Email and SMS Marketing solution, and experienced hundreds of people joining their mailing list within just days of launching their online promotion which included a competition and significant prize. Online orders also resulted from the promotion, and Genre was very happy with the results.
Contact Point were then engaged to replace the Genre website with a freshly designed site including a feature rich shopping cart. The new site much more effectively promoted the Genre range of designer handbags and allowed visitors to purchase very easily. The site also includes a leading edge solution to allow visitors to setup their own online handbag party, along with an online gift voucher facility, and foreign currency conversion.
