Contact Point recently provided a commercial property agent with an application to allow a salesperson to use their smart phone (mobile phone combined with PDA) to search for the details of a property, and then contact the owner of this property by placing a call. This will provide tremendous efficiency gains for sales staff. The application was built rapidly for minimal cost.
