Email and SMS Marketing Case Study
The Challenge
Many of our clients were coming to us for assistance in sending out bulk emails to their clients and customers. We had referred a number to one particular provider of an email marketing solution, but spent a lot of time assisting our clients to use that product; it seemed that it was not built with business in mind. In addition, we saw lots of gaps in the functionality provided by the solutions in the market, including a lack of sms campaign management, so we undertook the massive project of building our solution in order to better provide for the needs of our clients.
The Solution
eNudge was launched mid 2006 and has a growing subscription base, as well as being used extensively by existing Contact Point clients.
