The Challenge By Gone Stays is a provider of niche cottage-style accommodation in Ballarat, with 5 different locations providing quality fully contained family accommodation. Their website needed to grow to include another property, and also By Gone Stays were keen to utilise the internet to promote their online business and encourage visitors to make a booking. The Solution Contact Point worked closely with By Gone Stays to re-design the site to better market each cottage under the By Gone Stays banner. In addition Contact Point designed and developed a booking solution including an online administration system to allow By Gone Stays to maintain their future bookings and allow visitors to see availability when placing their booking. This has the added advantage of allowing a visitor to choose an alternate cottage within the same booking page if their cottage of choice isn't available on the required day. It allows the visitor to get immediate certainty about their booking. Contact Point is continuing to work with By Gone Stays to optimise the website for the search engines, and to assist with marketing their website and accommodation cottages online.
