     At Networking World we are NOT an easy customer for an email mailing system. Our weekly event update goes out in three different editions to over 2,500 subscribers every week. We wanted a specific branding look, not an out of the box template. PLUS, because we sell advertising space, the formatting needed to be especially quick and easy to change, (with no technical ability required) and provide unlimited link tracking ability. In addition, like most businesses we need integration to web-forms, auto-responders, the ability to send out email campaigns and of course, detailed email opening and tracking abilities. AND we don't have a big budget.
So how has eNudge stood up to the test? I have been using e-Nudge for just over a year now (having used several of the "Big Name" Brands over the past four years). And I couldn't be happier.

  3. Most importantly the owner (Heather Maloney) is another Aussie small business owner just like me. If we have a problem there is a helpful person on the end of the phone or email instantly - no having to wait until the wee small hours of the night to talk to someone in another country. Plus Heather is constantly looking for ways to improve the system and we (her customers) are involved. She is genuinely interested in providing a service that meets the needs of her clients.

     The re-build of my www.glowwomensfitnessonline.com.au website is the 7th website I have had built. I wish I had discovered Contact Point before website number one! Many web builders promise the world and leave you frustrated, angry and without the website you originally asked for.
